An individual may apply for membership in the Association as a Student Member if the applicant is engaged in a course of study, recognized by the Council, in the practice of architecture.

On payment of the appropriate fee, the Council may approve the entry of an individual referred to in subsection (1) in the records of the Association in the category of Student Member and issue him/her a certificate of membership.

An individual may apply for membership in the Association as a Student Member if the applicant is engaged in a course of study, recognized by the Council, in the practice of interior design.
