Complaint Review Summaries

Legislative requirements are in place to ensure members of the public can confidently retain the services of registered or licensed professionals and that consequences exist to the membership for failing to meet the standards of conduct.

Complaint Review Summaries are published at the completion of the complaint review process as a practice resource.
