Current Situation

As of February 2020 the AAA has largely completed our portion of the policy development process. We are currently collecting stakeholder comments and will soon summarize the feedback and present this along with our policy development document to the Ministry of Labour. The Legislative Development Process will then be dependent on the government’s agenda.
