There are a few changes that may impact your individual and practice arrangement renewals.
Fees & Dues
AAA Council approved an approximate two percent (2%) increase in dues which affects all registrant categories.
Registered Architect and Intern Architect dues also include a levy of $12 to support the Regulatory Organizations of Architecture in Canada (ROAC) and the Examination for Architects in Canada (ExAC) initiatives. Please view the updated Fees & Dues Schedule for more details.
Online Invoices and Receipts
All invoices and receipts (both individual AND practice arrangement) are exclusively available online in your account and will no longer be emailed automatically. Please log into My AAA Account and visit the Invoices & Receipts tab to find your receipt. If you need assistance, please see the guides below or reach out to [email protected].

Practice Arrangement Online Access
Practice arrangements no longer have assigned login credentials since our recent system upgrade. Access to the practice arrangement profile must now be done by an assigned registrant via their own AAA account. This assigned individual is officially the "Company Administrator" or Co Admin and has access to unique privileges for the practice arrangement:
- Access invoices and receipts
- Declare PLI
- Pay dues online
- View company profile & notify of any updates
